Thank you for visiting my application page.

You will find all requested documents as well as additional supporting materials and videos

Below is a sampling of videos of my work.

I have been consistently impressed with PCC’s social media strategy and would love to collaborate in increasing PCC’s impact in Arizona and across the world through engaging, exciting, educational performances and digital media.

I include this to feature a front-view of my conducting, compared to the choir-view

“Regina Coeli” - Cecilia McDowall

Speaking at the Arizona Music Educators State Conference.
I will be presenting again at the 2019 AMEA Conference.
I have given similar presentations at local, state, regional, and national conferences.

Representing PBC, Speaking and Singing American Patriotic and Folk Songs at the Phoenix Arcadia Rotary

A Community Sing event where I had 300 Singers from Elementary through High School combine with the Audience in Song.

As PCC’s Artistic Director, I would love to explore opportunities for all levels of the choir to perform together more frequently and to engage the audience directly in our music making.

I am the Founder and CEO of ChoirUnlimited, a Digital Sheet Music Publishing Company. We publish many composers and have our music performed across the world.

As PBC’s Artistic Director I would be active in seeking relationships with living composers to commission original works and world premieres that are worthy of PCC’s high musical standards.

Thank you again for considering my application.

I welcome any questions or comments, and I look forward to exploring options for collaboration with PCC in your important mission.
